HVAC Service NewmarketFurnace and AC Service in Newmarket

Newmarket is the furthest of our six service areas from the Richmond Hill shop, so scheduling matters more here. We would rather be straight with you about timing than promise a window we cannot hold.

Newmarket, Honestly

Newmarket is the furthest of our six areas from the shop. That changes the scheduling conversation, so we will be straight about it.

  • Timing, honestly

    • A no-heat call here is a longer drive than the same call in Thornhill.
    • During business hours we move as fast as we honestly can.
    • We do not run a 24/7 service, anywhere.
    • If we cannot reach you quickly we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
  • Book planned work ahead, more so than in our closer towns

    • Replacements, seasonal tune-ups, and a system you already know is failing.
    • Planned work gets a far better window than a call placed after the failure.
  • Glenway and Stonehaven: replacement territory

    • Largely late-1980s through 2000s subdivisions, ducted from the start.
    • Original equipment is now well into its replacement window.
  • Main Street and Fairy Lake: envelope before equipment

    • Some of the oldest housing in York Region, with the retrofit constraints that follow.
    • A drafty century home with an original furnace is two problems, and only one of them is ours.
    • We will tell you which is which.
  • Davis Drive and Southlake: small commercial

    • Rooftop units and split systems in leased units.
    • Landlord and tenant do not always agree on who owns the repair, which is worth sorting before the visit.

Newmarket Questions We Get Asked

How quickly can you get to Newmarket?

Newmarket is the furthest point in our service area, so it is a longer drive than our closer towns. During business hours we move as fast as we honestly can, and we will tell you the realistic window when you call rather than guessing.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

No. CopperCraft does not run a 24/7 service anywhere, including Newmarket. We handle urgent calls during business hours and prioritise no-heat situations.

Should I book maintenance in advance up here?

Yes, and more so than in our closer areas. Planned work gets a much better window than a call placed after something has already failed.

We Will Not Overpromise on Timing

CopperCraft does not run a 24/7 service, and Newmarket is at the outer edge of our area. During business hours we move as fast as we honestly can, and if we cannot get to you quickly we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
