- Does the furnace try to ignite and fail, or not respond at all?
- Is the air cold, or just weak?
- Is there a new noise, and roughly when did it start?

Have the make and age if you happen to know it
Do not go hunting for it. If you do not know, we will find it.
- Usually on a label inside the furnace door.
- Or on the side of the outdoor condenser.

Outside business hours a message is answered the next working day rather than overnight. We would rather tell you that than leave you waiting for a callback that was never coming.
